PECO Aerospace Fasteners is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Peco, an aerospace and controls supplier founded in 1938. Canby, Oregon was chosen as the location of the first mini-mill concept due to its access to low-cost, hydroelectric energy, a highly-skilled and highly educated work force, and proximity to the large Pacific Northwest aerospace community.
